Effective October 10, 2026
This policy covers "consumer health data" as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada's SB 370 and similar laws. It adds to the Habit App Privacy Policy. Questions or requests: [email protected].
Only what you type or take in the app's Care mode:
The app doesn't read health data from other apps, devices or services, and doesn't infer health conditions.
Only to remind you when something is due, to record that you did it, to show your progress, and, while AI checks are on, to check that a proof photo or reflection matches its reminder and to suggest clearer wording for a reminder's name. It is never used for ads, never sold and never used to build a profile of you.
From you, in the app. The app asks for your consent before the first medicine or doctor visit is saved.
It isn't sold or shared for any other purpose. These service providers process it on Habit App's behalf only to run the service:
Until you delete your account, which erases it from the server and the phone, or until you ask me to delete particular reminders.
