Need help with Habit App? Email [email protected]. I usually answer within two days.
I didn't get the email with my code. It comes from [email protected] with an 8-digit code; check your spam folder too. If an account with that address already exists, no email is sent: go back and sign in, or use "Forgot password?".
My photo didn't count. Habit App checks that a proof photo shows the task: the activity, its materials, the place or the result. A photo that would fit any task (a wall, a floor, an empty desk) doesn't count. Take another, or write a few words about what you did instead.
A medicine photo was turned down. The dose is still saved as taken. Never take another dose because of a check.
How do I turn off AI checks? Settings → Privacy & legal → AI checks (in Care mode: Help → All settings). While they're off, nothing is sent to the AI, and photos and reflections are saved but not checked, so they don't count toward your streak or points.
I marked something done by mistake. Tap Undo in the notice that shows right after, or on the Proof saved page. Undo works for 15 minutes.
Reminders don't arrive. On your iPhone, open Settings → Habit App → Notifications and allow them, and check that a Focus mode isn't silencing the app.
How do I delete my account? In the app: Settings → Delete account (in Care mode: Help → All settings → Delete account). It deletes your account and everything in it, on the server and on your phone.
